2025 House on a Slope
A residential home in Antakalnis is embedded into a natural eight-meter slope, creating three levels with direct outdoor access. This composition allows the building to appear as a single-storey house from the courtyard, yet three-storey from the street.
The lower part of the house, featuring a closed brick façade, faces a residential neighborhood and ensures privacy. Meanwhile, the higher part opens up toward the park with a glass façade, allowing the building to merge with its surroundings through reflections.
